OABOSE offers a three-month warranty from the date of purchase for performance-related issues. If the product and packaging are intact and undamaged, we can replace it with the same model, excluding damage from misuse. Additionally, we provide a one-year warranty with lifetime maintenance for the frame and front fork. Other parts are excluded from this warranty. The warranty is valid only under normal use. Damage due to misuse or accidents is not covered. Proof of purchase is required, and any alterations to the warranty card may result in non-warranty service.

Products purchased through official online channels can be returned within 7 days of receipt if the packaging is unopened and undamaged, and all accessories, gifts, and manuals are intact and unused.

The device starts the countdown to sleep mode only when it is stationary. If there is any movement or interaction during the countdown, it will reset and start counting again. The device will enter sleep mode only after being completely stationary for the entire duration of the set time.

First, verify that the device has not been damaged from drops or impacts. Next, ensure it is placed in an open outdoor area and wait 2-5 minutes for the GPS signal to be received. Without a GPS signal, the device cannot record cycling data.

First, ensure that both the controller and the bike computer are turned on. Additionally, verify that both devices were initialized using the same account.

Ensure the cycling duration reaches 30 seconds. Any trip lasting less than 30 seconds will be disregarded and not recorded.
